Mikhail Lisyutkin is a leading expert of the Institute of Education and project manager of the Laboratory for Universities Development at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. He is also a member of strategic development board of the Institute of Education. Mikhail Lisyutkin is the head of the organizing committee of the annual international Conference by the Russian Association of Higher Education Researchers. His current key research interests include strategic development of the universities and the institutional dynamics, universities’ international competitiveness and excellence initiatives in higher education, the development of the higher education systems.
